Comfor zoekt een Teamleider zorg die een sterk team aanstuurt op een locatie in Noord-Brabant. Je stimuleert een goede werksfeer, coacht collega’s en levert dagelijkse zorg van hoog niveau voor bewoners.
Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt zorgprocessen, werkt nauw samen met de locatiemanager en andere teamleiders en zet in op kwaliteitsverbetering. Met jouw verpleegkundige achtergrond zie je wat bewoners nodig hebben en vertaal je dit naar concrete acties.
