The Role
Design comes before development — always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust.
You own the end-to-end design process — from research to testing and handoff — working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what's designed works effectively in reality.
What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities
Requirement analysis — Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
Wire framing — Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
UI design — Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
Prototyping — Developing interactive prototypes for validation
Usability testing — Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
Handoff to SDT — Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development
Non-Negotiable Metric
First-Time Design Approval Rate ≥ 85%
User Satisfaction ≥ 90%

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in BCA or related field
3+ years of UI/UX design experience
Strong portfolio of design projects
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Good understanding of user-centered design, usability & accessibility
Experience in wire framing, prototyping & user testing
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus)
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends & best practices
