Platform Governance & Controls
Define and enforce guardrails for connectors, plugins, data access, and agent lifecycle management - design, release, monitoring, and retirement.

Monitoring, Reporting & Fin Ops
Establish usage analytics, performance monitoring, and reporting to track adoption, value realization, and capability health.
Own cost management - pay-as-you-go (PAYG) controls, budgets, and spend optimization - to maximize value per dollar.
Use monitoring insights to continuously tune the capability portfolio, retire low-value items, and inform prioritization.
Education and Skill-set Required
Strong, current familiarity and hands-on experience with M365 Copilot capabilities - e.g., out-of-the-box (OOTB) agents, agent builder, Copilot Cowork, Project Scout, and related extensibility features
