, who will join our Finance team and will support in making a valuable difference in the century to come.

• Create support base by identifying needs of the business and aligning these with needs of Finance & Control department and organizational goals;
• Create and maintain a professional working relation with peers of other departments.
• Improve and implement integrated processes together with the business and the finance organization to be able to generate historic and forward looking financial information in an efficient, reliable, valid, complete and relevant way;
• Drive an accurate forecasting, understand business drivers of Howden Thomassen Compressors and connect them to KPI’s (leading indicators);
• Align current and future finance/controlling processes with processes the business and other locations or departments.
• Identify trends internally and externally and discuss these with other departments;

• Bachelor degree in Finance or business administration / international business
• Extensive experience in a similar or comparable role in business control within a multinational company / high demanding stakeholder environment
• Good communication skills, being able to translate complex financial information to the business, supplemented by an outgoing and winning together mentality;
• Business intelligence skills/experience.
• Experience in continuous improvement and changing a mind-set within a department / organization;
• Used to deal with deadlines and tight planning & control cycle.
• English fluent verbal and in writing
