FDM Sales Assistant – Onsite or Hybrid, depending on location. $20.00 to $24.00 Per Hour, depending on experience.
Monday – Friday / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
Enzymedica, a worldwide leader in the enzyme supplement industry, is seeking an FDM Sales Assistant for our FDM (Food / Drug / Mass) team. This position is on‑site in Venice, FL, or may be hybrid, depending on your location. The FDM Sales Assistant performs a wide array of sales support and administrative tasks quickly, efficiently, and independently with little supervision. They will support our Sales / FDM team, and some of the responsibilities include these key functions:
- Project Assistance:
Assist in special sales projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination with various departments. - Key Account Support:
Coordinate with the leadership to provide dedicated support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and retailer forms and samples tailored to each key account’s requirements. - Order Management:
Assist with order tracking and resolving any order‑related issues for key accounts. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure one‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. - Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate meetings, both internal and external, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow‑up items. Take meeting minutes as needed. - Customized Solutions:
Collaborate with leadership to develop customized solutions and strategies for key accounts, aiming to enhance their experience and maximize their business growth. - Retail Portals:
Works with portals such as Walmart Seller Center for item setup. - Sales Support:
Assist leadership with presentations, account forms, samples, and other sales materials. - Order Management:
Process, track, and resolve customer orders to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery. - Customer Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for key accounts, providing updates and resolving issues promptly. - Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for the VP, FDM Sales. - Project Coordination:
Support cross‑departmental sales projects, research, and follow‑up tasks. - Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, track key sales metrics, and prepare reports as needed. - Adhere to all Enzymedica, Inc. policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
- Participate in Performance Improvement and safety initiatives, including job‑related and annual training(s), i.e., cGMP, SQF.

Required / Desired Experience Needed- Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality. Ability to multi‑task, work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines and requirements of the organization.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability and willingness to learn skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service work experience.
- Prior experience in the CPG industry, familiarity with Food/Drug/Mass Channel retailers, and/or the supplement industry is a plus but not required.
- Any sales experience, either supporting a sales group or performing sales, is highly desired.
- Experience working with any retail portals (like Walmart Seller Center) for item setup or order management is a plus.
The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
