Seasonal Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Venice

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Seasonal Automotive Detailer. This position pays $16 per hour based on a 40‑hour workweek and is located at 800 US Highway 41 BYP S, Venice, FL 34285.

Flexible start dates between November and December 2025. This position cannot exceed 150 days.

• Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: OFF

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle’s exterior, including cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify registration is current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle, windshield, tire damage; pull vehicle out of preparation processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness of the branch location.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work a seasonal position for no longer than 150 days.
• Cannot have held another position, regular or seasonal, with Enterprise Mobility or any of its brands in the past 13 weeks.
