Job Description

Ramey Insurance is an established, independent P&C agency dedicated to providing personalized insurance solutions. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships based on trust and expertise.

As part of our team, your focus will include servicing and retaining clients. Applicant must be motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone and email communication
  • Identify and evaluate customers' needs
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up with clients
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Provide service needed to maintain and retain accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
Qualifications
  • P&C License minimum 4-40 or 20-44
  • Insurance Experience - 1 Year (Required)
Skills
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Must exhibit organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented and task-driven
  • Ability to embrace frequent changes in the industry
  • Strong customer personal relations skills, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Hours
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Salary Transparency
  • Full-Time Salaried Position
  • Pay Range: $35,000- $48,000 (Salary based on experience)
  • Insurance Experience - 1 Year minimum
