Enzymedica, a worldwide leader in the enzyme supplement industry, is seeking a full-time, on-site, dedicated, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. This opportunity is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Starting pay is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and we offer healthcare plans, paid time off, paid vacation, and a 401K plan that has a zero-vesting period!

• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Customer Service Representative, Customer Support, and/or Customer Satisfaction skills.
• This is a phone support position, so excellent phone etiquette is important.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a variety of inquiries, calls, and order types of customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls as well as written communication / follow up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates flexibility with processes and systems, able to work with a variety of administrative tools.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the natural products industry is a plus.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Enzymedica in Venice, FL. The position is Monday through Friday with NO WEEKENDS. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience by performing tasks such managing orders and changes, decipher questions, and providing continual monitoring and follow up to orders.

Provide exceptional service assisting customers, sales, and consumers on the phone with product related questions or follow up. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. Customer Success is the face of our business, often the first and last contact a customer will have. We are looking for smart enthusiastic people with a desire to help others.
