Reed Architectural Group is a small, design-focused firm based in Venice, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented full-time team member eager to grow professionally and learn every aspect of the architectural process.

• Prepare construction documents in Revit, creating a detailed plan set.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members on multiple projects.
• Assist in coordinating with consultants, engineers, and city agencies across.
• Work on all project phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and permit processing.
• Assist with code research, project analysis, and permitting documentation.
• Willingness to learn California building codes and code-related processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience (experience in multi-family or mixed-use is a plus)
• Proficiency in Revit (required).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred).Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with basic California codes.
• Working toward architectural licensure (preferred).
