Pain Management Physician - Venice/Port Charlotte, Florida About the Opportunity
Join a rapidly growing pain management group serving the Venice and Port Charlotte communities in Southwest Florida. We're seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to deliver comprehensive interventional pain care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 annually, plus performance bonuses

You'll work Monday through Friday in an outpatient practice setting with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. This established practice offers a steady referral base and the opportunity to perform the full scope of interventional pain management procedures, including spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump placements. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll perform advanced interventional procedures including epidural injections, facet interventions, radio frequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator implants, and intrathecal pump placements. The role involves conducting comprehensive pain evaluations and developing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and specialists to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining current knowledge of pain management innovations and best practices.
Required QualificationsCandidates must have an MD or DO with Anesthesiology residency training and a completed ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship. Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine is required, along with a Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain) and DEA licensure. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
