Description
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, peels, microneedling, and laser-based services.
- Conduct skin consultations and create customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare, home care routines, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes.
- Support clinic operations by assisting with patient flow, setup, and cleanliness standards.
- Promote membership programs, skincare products, and ongoing treatment plans.
- Participate in training sessions and stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Active Florida aesthetician license (required)
- Florida laser certification (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in medical aesthetics or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of skincare, laser safety, and post‑care protocols
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
