Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) | Venice, FL (13-Week Contract)
Location: Venice, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week guaranteed)
Setting: Outpatient / Rehab (varies by facility need)
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a rehab team in Venice, Florida. This assignment offers a consistent 5x8 schedule with guaranteed hours, giving you the chance to help patients regain independence while enjoying the beauty of Florida’s Gulf Coast.
RequirementsCurrent BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience (rehab or outpatient preferred)
Strong skills in patient assessment, activity-based therapy, and treatment planning
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Guide patients in therapeutic activities to improve daily living and mobility
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and care teams
Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive techniques
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and state requirements
