Job Title
Patient Transporter PRN 2nd shift at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System
Job SummaryProvides support to all multidisciplinary patient care departments by providing transport service for patients throughout the institution.
Job DescriptionDepartment: Central Transport.
Required Qualifications- BLS certification within 90 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
- Availability for weekends, holidays and other shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Experience in customer service/relations, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
- Amiable personality and willing & cooperative attitude.
- Appropriate customer service skills and judgment when in contact with patients, public, and staff.
- High School Diploma, GED or Certificate.
