Resident Care Supervisor (LPN) – Senior Living Facility

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Care Supervisor. • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff and caregivers
• Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
• Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports
  
  Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development
• Assist with medication administration and management as needed
• Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff

• Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Proven experience in senior care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing care
• Ability to assess residents’ needs and develop appropriate care plans
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
