Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Saturday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

Note:

FVE is closed on Saturdays. Employees will work at F6B - Venice Walmart.

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, providing support during health routines or health-related decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established practices.
• Creates a trusting environment with patients by explaining procedures and drawing blood safely and accurately.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
• Performs daily activities accurately and on time under the supervision of the area supervisor.
• Maintains a safe and professional environment.
• Handles forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing confidently, adhering to established procedures.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

• Ability to produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexibility to work based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

• Minimum of 6 months experience required; 1+ years preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
