This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our Life Enrichment program by assisting with a variety of activities designed to enhance the well‑being and quality of life for our residents.

• Assist the Life Enrichment Coordinator in planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging activities and recreational programs for seniors
• Support residents in participating in activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment
• Help create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and mental stimulation
• Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of residents
• Maintain activity supplies and ensure the activity areas are clean and organized
• Document resident participation and provide feedback to the team to improve program offerings

• Previous experience working with seniors in recreational therapy, activities, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs and schedules
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to engaging residents
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work Thursday and Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM
