• Implement and maintain company initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Lead facility inspections and ensure maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, vendor relationships, and financial performance of multiple locations.
• Conduct regular financial and business reviews with leadership teams.
• Support departments like finance, HR, operations, and IT through ongoing communication.
• Promote employee safety and manage employee relations, staffing, and performance.

• Strong communication, relationship skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Management experience of at least 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant online portals.
• Licensed Funeral Director preferred.
