Maris Pointe | Venice, Florida
Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year + performance-based bonus opportunities
Full-Time | Approximately 40 hours per week
Maris Pointe is seeking an experienced Executive Director with current Florida CORE certification to lead our senior living community in Venice. The Executive Director oversees all community operations and works closely with Greenbrier Senior Living to support resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance, and census growth.
Compensation and Schedule- Annual salary of $90,000–$105,000
, based on experience - Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Full-time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week
- Availability for on-call responsibilities, weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed
- Lead all areas of community operations and support a welcoming, service-focused culture.
- Mentor Department Directors and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, associate relations, and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Manage the budget, labor, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance.
- Partner with sales and marketing leaders to support tours, move-ins, and census growth.
- Oversee resident services, healthcare operations, facilities, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, associates, community partners, and ownership representatives.
- Provide Greenbrier Senior Living with timely operational reports and recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must meet all applicable Florida requirements for assisted living community administration.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.
- At least eight years of progressively responsible management experience in senior living, long-term care, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field required.
- Previous Executive Director or senior-level community leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of senior living operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, sales, and team development.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain a visible, approachable presence throughout the community.
- Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, grasping, and fine manipulation.
