Position SummaryThe RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations on our skilled nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive work culture. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who values teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
What We’re Looking For- Current Florida RN license in good standing
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required
- Previous supervisory or management experience highly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- A caring, patient leader who is fair and supportive with staff
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a nursing team
- Commitment to quality outcomes, compliance, and resident satisfaction
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate care planning and clinical oversight
- Promote a respectful, positive, and team-oriented work environment
- Collaborate closely with other Nurse Managers and leadership
- Serve as a clinical and professional role model
