As an Applebee's Server, you will be the guests first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• Greet guests, provide recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the dining area.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Well‑paced mobility for up to four hours.
• Safe reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings during entire shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
• Wear protective face coverings and/or masks during entire shift.
• Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap during shift.
