Busy Flower Shop Seeking Friendly, Organized Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic individual who loves flowers and enjoys creating memorable customer experiences. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

  Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  Required during peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day)

• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with in-store sales and product selection
• Process orders and manage daily transactions
• Keep front desk and shop organized, clean, and welcoming
• Water plants and maintain floral displays
• Support designers with daily tasks as needed
• Maintain organized office systems and filing

• Computer savvy with strong technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Friendly, warm personality with genuine passion for flowers
• Motivated, hard-working, and reliable

• Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements (or willingness to learn)
• Previous customer service or retail experience
