• Pay: On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $60,000 to $342,000/year

As a Direct Sales Representative for Venice Pest Control Venice , your responsibilities will include:

• Generating Leads: Use door-to-door sales strategies to connect with potential customers and present our pest control solutions .
• Building Relationships: Understand customer concerns and provide customized pest extermination solutions.
• Achieving Sales Goals: Consistently exceed revenue milestones while maintaining accurate sales records.
• Earning Residuals: Enjoy ongoing income from recurring contracts, with residual percentages increasing as you perform.

We’re seeking individuals who:

• Have proven experience in sales
  , with pest control experience as an added advantage.
• Possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Are ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive in competitive environments.
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).

• Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Venice, FL, and surrounding areas.
• Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
• License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
• Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
