The Sales Representatives will spend the work day on the telephone and computer. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional. He/She will respond to internet and telephone customer inquiries, and make outbound phone calls, emails and text messages. Generating appointments from our customer database is a main component of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
- Promptly respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
- Use our phone system to market to existing customers and prospects.
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Generate sales appointments.
- Full vehicle presentation.
- Working negotiation.
- Getting customer ready for the finance manager.
- Full delivery of the vehicle.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools.
- Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience required
- Previous Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership preferred
- Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls, as well as making outbound marketing calls.
- Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
