Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a standout performer who can be a valuable addition to our sales team. With our current rapid growth, we need candidates who naturally embody a "lead by example" approach. Our main goal is to find individuals who deeply resonate with our mission: to help others grow personally and transform, guiding them towards their goals while becoming a better version of themselves.

Leading direct sales efforts in your designated territory, you will engage with small‑to‑medium businesses across various industries, forging direct connections with owners and decision‑makers. The focus is promoting top‑notch supplemental insurance products to business owners and employees, including occasional product presentations to sizable groups of 50–100+.

Responsibilities
  • Spend part of the week actively participating in sales activities.
  • Balance sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members.
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills and prior leadership or mentorship experience.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
