Automotive Sales Representative Duties

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be selling new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospects. You will assist customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase and ensure that they find the vehicle that is right for them. This means you will be establishing rapport and building relationships with new customers, assisting clients with questions and explaining the benefits of owing a new or pre-owned Kia, and finalizing the sale when a decision is made.

It is your job to listen, to try to connect your customers  needs to the right vehicle for them, and everything in between.

Automotive Sales Associate Requirements

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you must embody Sunset Automotive Group's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, approachable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges.

The ideal Automotive Sales Representative will also have:

• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
• Strong follow-through skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong English skills (Bilingual Abilities Helpful)

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 expected first year, depending on your drive and effort.
