Position: Stage Client Advisor - Istituto Dei me 2026
Created in 2014, the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH is a vocational training program that allows the LVMH Group to transmit its know‑how, in the professions of Craftsmanship, Creation, and Sales, to new generations through Istituto dei ME LVMH courses at partner schools. Participants receive dual training from both the school and the LVMH Maisons or their external partners.

OBJECTIVES

Provide the knowledge and professional competencies needed to become a Client Advisor through a joint training program with Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia, Istituto dei ME, and the LVMH Group.

Obtain a first‑level University Master’s degree.

Benefit from a theoretical‑practical training that includes an internship in one of the LVMH Group partners:
Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, and Sephora.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Online pre‑selection by Gi Group based on degree recognition, English and Italian proficiency, and demonstrable interest in the sector.

Successful candidates participate in individual video interviews and online tests conducted by Gi Group.

Final candidates are invited to an assessment day with role plays and interviews with HR managers of LVMH Maisons.

SELECTON REQUIREMENTS
Selections are open to unemployed participants who:

Hold at least an Italian Laurea Triennale (or equivalent).

Have an excellent level of Italian and English (C1).

Are sensitive to luxury and customer service.

Have a basic knowledge of a third language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Arabic).

The Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH selects and recognizes all talents without distinction.

TRAINING
1500 hours of mandatory training, divided into 510 hours of lectures, 150 hours of personal studies, and 840 hours of internship in a store of an LVMH Maison.

Master Classes organized by Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH in LVMH Maisons discuss sales excellence in the luxury sector and customer experience know‑how, including visits to stores and talks with sales experts.

The Course runs from February 2026 until December 2026 at Ca’ Foscari Challenge School, VEGA, via della Libertà 12, Venezia Marghera (Italia), and in LVMH Maison stores.
