Il/la professionista sarà un importante punto di riferimento per gli operatori, gli Enti Committenti (Comune, Azienda sanitaria e Servizi Sociali), e la Cooperativa stessa. In particolare si occuperà di:
elaborazione dei turni di lavoro;
stesura dei programmi assistenziali ed educativi per minori;
rendicontazione periodica all’Ente committente;
gestione e organizzazione equipe e formazione specifica del gruppo di lavoro assegnato;
