The role - your passion
Your roadsurfer Station – Location Management:
Take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location while closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day‑to‑day operations on‑site.
Process Optimization:
Successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation).
Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations:
Maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
Team Leadership
As a Team Leader you motivate and lead your on‑site team. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
Recruitment
Build your team and seek the right talent for your location.
Fleet Management
Maintain an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales – documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
Customer Consultation:
Advise customers on our products (myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent) and send them out as happy road surfers on the roads of Europe.
What you need to surf the wave with us
Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or a similar field – career changers are welcome.
Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
You are a hands‑on and effective communicator.
You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized
You speak excellent English; top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently.
