Role Overview
This role will see you blend your strong Communication and Go-To-Market skills to support and foster Off-road MTB and Moto sales and activations across Europe. You will be responsible for compelling content creation, organising events and promoting Alpinestars' brand across the targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute EMEA go-to-market strategies for Off-Road Moto and MTB product launches, ensuring alignment between global objectives and regional market needs.
Lead product communications and storytelling, creating compelling messaging that showcases Alpinestars' innovation, performance, and athlete-driven credibility.
Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, Athlete, Event, and Distributor teams to ensure successful market activation.
Drive athlete, event, and sponsorship communications, leveraging racing programs and brand ambassadors to strengthen visibility, engagement, and brand equity.
Monitor and optimize market performance, using campaign results, market feedback, media coverage, and consumer insights to improve future go-to-market initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Go-To-Market & Product Launch Expertise:
Proven experience developing and executing successful product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
Brand Communications & Storytelling:
Strong ability to create compelling product narratives, messaging, content, and communication strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and commercial impact.
Cross-Functional Project Management:
Demonstrated ability to coordinate Product, Sales, Marketing, Athlete Relations, Events, and Distribution teams to deliver complex projects effectively and on schedule.
Commercial & Market Acumen:
Strong understanding of sales channels, consumer behaviour, market trends, performance analysis, and the ability to translate insights into effective go-to-market strategies.
Industry Expertise & International Mindset:
Deep knowledge of the Off-Road Moto and Mountain Bike markets, including products, athletes, events, media channels, and consumer communities. Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage, and willing to travel extensively across EMEA, including weekends, to support events, races, product launches, and key brand activations. xpavfwm A genuine passion for mountain biking and/or off-road motorcycling is highly desirable.
