OGVO zoekt een Adviseur onderwijshuisvesting voor 0,8–1,0 fte. Je werkt aan sloop, renovatie en nieuwbouw van schoolgebouwen, met focus op beheer en onderhoud, energie en duurzaamheid, en neemt ook de rol van projectleider en vastgoedbeheerder op je.
Je analyseert bouwkundige vraagstukken, stelt rapporten en begrotingen op, coördineert projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering, bewaakt kosten en regelgeving, en werkt samen met bestuur, facilitair, aannemers en gemeenten.
