Thermotraffic zoekt een Customer Care Coördinator om het logistieke orderproces van A tot Z te beheren. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, informeert proactief en werkt nauw samen met interne teams om services te verbeteren.
Je rapporteert aan de Customer Care Manager en bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties in een internationale werkomgeving. Een HBO-opleiding en uitstekende NL/EN-vaardigheden zijn vereist.
