DSV zoekt een Customer Service Representative voor het geautomatiseerde warehouse in Venlo. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bewaakt de voortgang van operationele processen, zodat vragen, opdrachten en klachten tijdig worden opgepakt.
Je zorgt voor data en planningen rondom inkomende goederen, orderverwerking en uitgaande zendingen en werkt nauw samen met interne teams en vervoerders. Ervaring in customer service of logistiek is een pré, en je beheerst Engels uitstekend.
