Faber Personeelsdiensten BV in Venlo biedt een praktijkgerichte opleiding van 4 weken aan voor aankomende vakschilders. De opleiding, die kosteloos is, wordt begeleid door ervaren docenten en richt zich op de basisvaardigheden zoals schuren en aflakken. Na de opleiding krijg je de kans om te werken bij een schildersbedrijf in de regio.
Tijdens deze periode zal je jezelf verder ontwikkelen richting vakvolwassen schilder met ondersteuning van Faber. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling en leerdoelen staan hierbij centraal.
