Manage resources and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
Prepare documentation such as Time Sheets, Punch Lists, Taking Over Certificates, Acceptance Certificates, and as-built documentation.
Ensure CE PED certification for relevant on‑site parts and sign off mechanical completion certificates with the customer.
Coordinate the transition from installation to commissioning in an agile environment.
Commissioning Develop a commissioning plan with the customer and project manager; track deadlines and progress reports.
Prepare systems: leak test, vacuum refrigerant systems, cold & hot commissioning plan sign‑off, IO testing and safety matrix.
Provide practical and theoretical operator training.
Lead performance and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to hand over the project to the customer.
Document progress, update range and setpoint lists, download as‑built software, and maintain refrigerant logbooks.
Produce training certificates, acceptance test reports, and handover documents.
Communication
Coordinate and communicate between site, project team, and the installation & commissioning departments.
EHS
Maintain a safe working environment and keep safety tools calibrated and up to date.
Qualifications & Competences Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Process, Chemical, Marine, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of commissioning‑related and project‑based experience.
Good command of English (speaking and writing).
Technical knowledge in refrigeration, process, and control technology.
Experience working in a project team and familiarity with MS Office tools.
Knowledge of relevant guidelines and norms such as CE PED and ATEX.
Ability to travel for extended periods.
Independent, proactive, flexible, resilient under stress, and a team player.
Strong commitment to quality, analytical mindset, and customer‑oriented communication skills.
