EUC (End User Computing) - Windows OS

• Provide technical assistance and support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and maintain end‑user computing equipment, ensuring users can effectively utilize technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative, high‑quality, and defect‑free solutions that meet client business needs.
• Participate in a learning culture that values teamwork, excellence, and diversity.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience providing technical support for end‑user devices.
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve software and hardware issues logically.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications (Windows, Microsoft Office).
• Support for enterprise tools and remote access technologies (VPN, Citrix, etc.).
• Knowledge of SCCM, imaging, and software deployment.
• Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Proficiency with Service Now.
• Document issues, solutions, and maintain a knowledge base.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Office, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange Online.
• Audio/visual system setup and support for meeting rooms / conference rooms.
• Network device configuration with remote assistance.
