Stryker Group is seeking a Lead Demand & Supply Planner for its Pro Care EEMEA operations in Venlo, Netherlands. The role involves developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing the planning process, and leading continuous improvement projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years' experience in supply chain.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English are required.
