• Enter transport orders into the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Prepare loading instructions and send them to various carriers.
• Print transport documents and confirm packing lists.
• Process digital transport files for invoicing purposes.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities such as shortages and Proof of Delivery (POD) issues.
• Maintain contact with national and international logistics partners.
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks to support the department.

• MBO working and thinking qualification or equivalent vocational qualification.
• At least 3 years of work experience.
• Affinity with transport and logistics.
• Motivation to invest in a future and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues (training provided through KLG Academy).
• Experience in a similar logistics position – strong advantage.
• Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Strong administrative skills, accurate, and attentive to detail with customer data.
• Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships with customers and transport partners.
• Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment, staying calm under pressure, and willing to go the extra mile.
