HANOS in Venlo is op zoek naar een Leidinggevende Orderpicker. In deze rol ben je aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en geef je leiding aan een team van vijf collega's. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en waarborgt de kwaliteit van het werk, terwijl je zelf actief meewerkt in het orderpickproces.
Je komt te werken in een ambachtelijke slagerij met hoogwaardige producten. De functie vereist verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, nauwkeurigheid en de mogelijkheid om ook in de avonden te werken. Er zijn goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, inclusief interne opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
