Team Leader Cross Dock 3 Shifts

For our international client in Venlo, we are looking for a team leader who can maintain an overview in a dynamic cross‑dock environment and who produces energy both from managing and from working alongside the floor. As a cross‑dock team leader, you are the link between operations and the staff and you ensure that everything runs safely, efficiently, and on time.

Within our Cross Dock operation you work at the heart of logistics—speed, collaboration, and adaptability are central. You will manage a team, but you will also be visible and active on the floor yourself, contributing to the work.

• Coordinating and distributing daily tasks within the cross‑dock.
• Managing, motivating, and guiding the team on the floor.
• Actively participating in loading, unloading, and sorting when necessary.
• Identifying and resolving disruptions in the process.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures, safety, and quality.

• Experience in a warehouse, cross‑dock, or transit environment.
• Ability to lead a team and also work alongside them.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with an eye for efficiency.
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus).
• Willingness to work in a 3‑shift system.
