Within this operation, you will work in a modern warehouse environment where technology, data and automation play a key role. Together with your team, you ensure that processes run efficiently and that goals related to safety, quality and productivity are achieved.

• Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and operational employees;
• Monitoring KPIs related to productivity, quality and safety and taking corrective actions where required;
• Ensuring optimal workforce planning and efficient resource allocation;
• Initiating and leading continuous improvement projects within the warehouse operation;
• Maintaining close collaboration with other departments to achieve operational objectives.

• Experience in a leadership role within warehousing or logistics;
• Knowledge of logistics processes and the ability to analyse and improve operational performance;
• Strong coaching and communication skills;
• Experience with KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives;
• A good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
