Zozorg in Venray is op zoek naar een resultaatgerichte MBO Verpleegkundige die een verschil wil maken in de geriatrische revalidatiezorg. In deze rol ondersteun je patiënten in hun weg naar zelfstandigheid na bijvoorbeeld een ziekenhuisopname of operatie.
Je werkt actief samen in een multidisciplinair team met fysiotherapeuten, ergotherapeuten en artsen, waarbij herstelgericht werken centraal staat. Zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijkheden zijn beschikbaar met CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
