VIGO groep is in Venray op zoek naar een Begeleider Wonen Autisme die bewoners met ASS ondersteunt in een woning in de wijk. Het team biedt ambulante hulp zoals huisbezoeken en werkt met een Perspectiefplan om de zelfstandigheid te vergroten.
De functie vereist Diploma Hulpverlener (niveau
4) en affiniteit met autisme; GGZ-ervaring is een pré. Een passende en betrokken werkomgeving met ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling wordt geboden.
