Rooyse Wissel zoekt een Ervaringsdeskundige voor wonen & begeleiden. Je werkt met cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en een justitiële achtergrond, helpt herstel en bouwt vertrouwen op zonder oordeel.
Je ervaring als ex-cliënt is essentieel en je beschikt over een mbo 4-diploma plus ervaringsdeskundige-opleiding. We bieden een veilige woonplek met begeleiding, cao GGZ-salaris en ekstra vergoedingen zoals een forensische bonus en eindejaarsuitkering.
