Responsibilities
  • Personal care and support:
    Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing
  • Companionship:
    Offering warmth, kindness and a friendly face
  • Live in care:
    Providing round the clock care for those who need it most
  • Promoting independence:
    Encouraging clients to live fulfilled lives with autonomy
  • Medication support:
    Safe, timely administration of medication
  • Specialist clinical care:
    Supporting clients with complex needs confidently and competently
  • Palliative and end of life care:
    Providing compassionate care during life's most sensitive moments
Qualifications
  • At least 3 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK)
  • Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care is preferred but not essential, full training provided
  • Registration:
    Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England.
  • Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
  • Qualities:
    Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and the ability to deliver exceptional care
