Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join a growing tax team supporting domestic and international tax compliance, sales and use tax reporting, property tax filings, and tax-related financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities Prepare federal, state, and international income tax returns and supporting work papers. Calculate and prepare tax payments and related filings. Utilize One Source software to prepare and file income tax returns. Support tax provision and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare monthly sales and use tax returns and reconciliations. Assist with tax audits and regulatory inquiries. Investigate and resolve tax calculation discrepancies.

Support testing and implementation of tax and finance system enhancements. Perform fixed asset reviews and tax-related reconciliations. Calculate tax depreciation and prepare property tax filings. Conduct cost segregation analyses to support proper asset classification and tax treatment. Maintain accurate fixed asset tax records. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 3+ years of corporate tax or public accounting experience.

Experience with federal and state income tax compliance. Strong understanding of sales and use tax concepts. Exposure to ASC 740 Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivots, and data analysis.

Experience with One Source, D365, Power BI, TM1, Vertex, and/or BNA Fixed Asset Software.
