Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Health; Ventura

Omega Home Health Care Services Inc is currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide care for homebound patients in:
Ventura County (Ventura, Oxnard, Santa Paula, Port Hueneme, Moorpark, Ojai)), and surrounding areas.

• This position allows flexibility in that you will schedule your visits with your patients!

• Our patients need care 7 days a week, although you have flexibility in your scheduling, we do ask that you are able to work at least two days each week, one weekend a month, and two holidays per year (one winter and one summer)

• If you have additional jobs and your two available days change each week, we can accommodate you!

$45 - $50 per visit, commiserate with experience

• LVN License (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)

• Active BLS/ACLS/PALS

• Reliable Transportation

• Proof of auto insurance

• Must be self-directed, able to work independently with little supervision while meeting performance metrics.

• Physical, mental strength and flexible work hours.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Proficiency with electronic health records and web-based applications Medical Specialty:

• Home Health Experience is required

• Physical Setting:

  • Outpatient

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability
