One of the largest real estate teams in the nation is looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to keep up with our nonstop pipeline of residential and commercial closings. Here’s the kicker: we’re DFPI (not DRE), so you can bring your own book of business and grow it alongside ours.

Why

Join Us?

  • Freedom to run your own book under DFPI.
  • Competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k) match, PTO.
  • Work with one of the fastest-growing teams in real estate.
  • If you can handle the heat and want to scale your business with ours, let’s talk.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of escrow closings, including opening new files, preparing escrow instructions, reviewing contracts, and facilitating communication between parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing escrow transactions.
  • Manage the closing process by reviewing title commitments, lender instructions, and sale agreements to guarantee smooth, timely closings.
  • Coordinate with title companies, real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the escrow process.
  • Resolve title issues and handle complex transaction scenarios.
  • Facilitate the disbursement of escrow funds and prepare all necessary closing documentation.
  • Take ownership of your book of business, with opportunities to manage your own clients and external agents.
Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Established book of business strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of escrow software, title insurance, real estate law, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, work independently, and maintain high attention to detail.
Compensation
