In accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations, the Registered Nurse is directly responsible for attending to patients’ nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the care and treatment of patients according to the standards of nursing practice. He/she will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients, families, and coworkers. Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
The Lead Nurse functions as a leader of the clinical support staff at the practice.
- Active unrestricted RN license in the State of Vermont.
- CPR certification.
- Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.
