Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation on‑site in Vermilion, OH. Full‑time or part‑time. Ohio OT license required.

• Evaluate residents’ abilities and design individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on improving self‑care, mobility, and independence in daily activities
• Document resident progress, update plans, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals, adaptive techniques, and safe practices
• Ensure all occupational therapy services meet Ohio regulations and Kingston’s quality standards

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long‑term care preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative care team
