• Deliver resident-centered nursing care in Assisted Living
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health and report changes promptly to RNs and physicians
• Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families to support individualized care plans
• Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their independence and dignity

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused personality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Clinical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
